Recently, Hellman’s most recent art display at COP26 brought attention to the issue of food waste.  At this event, they were able to bring up the issue to a crowd of over 20,000+ people, giving a lot of attention towards the important issue.  They did this by making 403 intricate plastic replicas and presented it to the crowd.  They did it in a way where it was well visually but making it easy for people to understand.
