In France, a man named Luc Janottin opened a methane plant with a few of his colleagues. The plant converts food waste into usable energy. Already with 442 of these production sites. Janottin is still looking to expand the operation. Projections reveal that the expansion could lead to a third of gas consumption being from this renewable source.
