A new snack brand is being formed in Australia by Nutri V. They create these snacks out of Broccoli, pumpkin, and cauliflower that would go to waste due to not meeting farming expectations. Each pack contains two servings on vegetables and have a higher health star rating than any other snack on the market. This will help to use produce that is perfectly edible, but cannot be consumed for one reason or another.
