Compost employee is outraged after finding out how a restaurant negligence is only furthering the world’s problem of food waste. While on the job he/she states that that they collect bins that say”food waste only” and yet the restaurant continuously throw’s away items that are specified as so. Such as glass, aluminum, and paper things that are definitely not compostable. Undercutting the reason why the restaurant works with the employees company at all. Furthermore, states “it is important to make sure that our recyclables end up in the correct bin, it is also important to make sure that our food waste is going to the right place”.
