Concerns about methane production and the environmental impact were at the forefront of discussion at the COP28 Climate discussion in Dubai this past week. Between the U.S. declaring plans to reduce methane by diverting food waste from landfills, and many large oil companies pledging to cut methane emissions in half by 2030, the urgency is definitely notable. Even the Pope weighed in on the environmental urgency and urged all people to do their part in reducing waste and helping the environment.
